My Approach

Here are some of the ways we can work together, along with a few of the therapeutic approaches I draw from. Every person is unique, so I tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs, goals, and preferences. Always grounded in a warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed approach.

I offer both individual and couples therapy, with sessions available online or outdoors as walk-and-talk therapy. Whether you're looking for a quiet space to reflect on your own or wanting support in your relationship, we'll find a format that feels right for you. Comfortable, accessible, and aligned with your goals.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to support you in a way that feels effective and authentic. Some of the modalities I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we'll find what resonates most with you and adapt our work to support meaningful, lasting change.

Serenity Ridge Therapy respectfully acknowledges that we live and work on the traditional territories of the Treaty 7 peoples in Southern Alberta. This includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations), the Tsuut’ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley). We also recognize that Calgary, known traditionally as Mohkinstsis, is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.
