My Path as a Therapist
With over eight years in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many different seasons of their lives. I’ve always known that I wanted to help others navigate their emotional landscapes with care and curiosity—work that continues to inspire me every day. I hold the designations of Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I’m committed to ongoing growth, regularly pursuing trainings that deepen my understanding of how we heal, connect, and build lives that feel more grounded and aligned.
Energy I Bring to the Therapy Space
This isn’t just sit-on-the-couch-and-talk therapy (though there’s room for that, too). My approach is collaborative, compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity. I incorporate elements from different therapeutic approaches and I work relationally, meaning we focus not just on your thoughts, but also on your body, your emotions, and the deeper parts of you that carry your story.

In our work together, you can expect a space that’s steady, warm, and non-judgmental. I show up with presence, flexibility, and a deep respect for the pace your system needs. Sometimes that looks like slowing down and noticing what’s happening in the moment. Other times, it’s untangling beliefs you’ve carried for years, or listening to the parts of you that feel stuck, protective, or longing for change.

Whether you're navigating burnout, trauma, or a big life shift, I'm here to support you in building inner trust, reconnecting with your body, and coming home to yourself. Gently, but meaningfully.
Outside of the Therapy Space...
I’m someone who feels most alive in motion. Climbing, hiking, and camping my way through the mountains with my golden retriever and partner by my side is my ideal way to spend time off. When I’m not out exploring, you’ll usually find me with a good book, planning my next trip, or flowing through a yoga class. Adventure and movement keep me grounded, creative, and connected. They also shape the way I show up in the therapy space: curious, present, and always ready to meet you where you are.
