How we help with...

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can make it feel difficult to enjoy the things that once came naturally or to move through everyday life with a sense of ease. Whether you've been struggling for years or have noticed a recent change in how you're feeling, therapy offers a space to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools, and reconnect with what matters most. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and able to engage more fully in your life.

What This Might Look Like

Anxiety and depression can look different from person to person. Anxiety may show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, restlessness, trouble sleeping, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday situations. Depression may look like persistent sadness, low motivation, exhaustion, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, changes in appetite or sleep, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. While these are common experiences, everyone's journey is unique, and you don't need to have every symptom to benefit from support.

For Example...

Our work together begins with understanding your unique experience rather than trying to fit you into a diagnosis. We may explore the patterns that keep you stuck in anxiety or depression while building practical strategies to support your emotional well-being. Depending on your needs, we may draw from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, or somatic techniques to help you better understand your emotions, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the life you want to live.
