My Path as a Therapist
I’ve always been inspired by the kindness, resilience, curiosity, compassion, and capacity for self-growth that I’ve seen in others - this is what brought me to the field of mental health and to be working as a counselling therapist.

Through my 8 years working in the non-profit mental health sector, I have had the privilege to walk alongside both youth and adults to navigate this world around them. I come to Serenity Ridge Therapy with experience supporting individuals in the areas of crisis intervention, addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma experiences, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
I continue to find myself feeling immense gratitude for the work I get to do, and to those who have welcomed me in to join them on their path for self-exploration and healing. It is my intention to remain authentic and grounded through these same values that I am inspired by in others, and to continue searching, growing, and reflecting to most effectively support you in all walks of life.

Outside of the Therapy Space...

You will almost always find me with a cup of coffee or tea.…Possibly both... And a water bottle... and then likely another coffee or tea around somewhere that is cold or lukewarm. Oopsies!

I love to do something a little artsy and crafty in my down time, so you will often find me in my spare time either crocheting or colouring while watching some TV. Snuggled up on the couch with a warm drink, my little corgi named Angel, and a show I have already seen a million times, and I am SO set.

Fun fact – I have about 40 houseplants, and the collection is always growing.
