How we help with...
Women's Mental Health
Women's mental health is shaped by a unique combination of biological, emotional, relational, and societal experiences. From navigating changing identities and relationships to balancing expectations, caregiving roles, career demands, hormonal changes, or major life transitions, it's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself along the way. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of these experiences, and reconnect with the person you are beneath the pressures of everyday life.

What This Might Look Like
The challenges women face can show up differently for everyone. You may find yourself struggling with self-worth, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, body image concerns, anxiety, changes related to your menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, perimenopause, or menopause. You may also feel stretched thin by the demands of caring for others while neglecting your own needs. Whatever your experience, you deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
For Example...
Our work together begins with understanding your unique experiences and the factors that may be contributing to how you're feeling. Depending on your goals, we may draw from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, or somatic techniques to help you better understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and build a relationship with yourself rooted in compassion rather than criticism.
