How we help with....
Couples
Relationships are one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also be one of the most challenging. Whether you're finding yourselves stuck in the same arguments, navigating the impact of betrayal, feeling disconnected, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, better understand one another, and move toward a more connected relationship.

What This Might Look Like
Every relationship experiences challenges differently. You might find yourselves having the same conflict over and over, struggling to communicate without it escalating, feeling unheard or misunderstood, or noticing that emotional or physical intimacy has changed. Other couples come to therapy while navigating life transitions, rebuilding trust after a rupture, adjusting to parenthood, or wanting to reconnect before the distance between them grows further.
For Example...
Couples therapy with Kaitlynn is grounded in the belief that relationships thrive when both partners feel seen, understood, and emotionally safe. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and other evidence-based approaches, sessions focus on understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck while helping you build healthier ways of communicating, repairing conflict, and reconnecting.

The first session is an opportunity to hear each partner's perspective, explore what has brought you to therapy, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward together. This is followed by one individual session with each partner, creating space to share your personal history, relationship experiences, and any concerns that may feel difficult to discuss together. We then come back together to develop a collaborative plan that supports your relationship and guides our work moving forward.
