How We Help With...
Life Transitions
Life is full of change, and even positive transitions can bring uncertainty, grief, or a sense of feeling untethered. Whether you're navigating a career change, becoming a parent, moving, ending a relationship, starting a new chapter, or adjusting to an unexpected life event, therapy can provide a steady space to make sense of what you're experiencing and reconnect with yourself along the way.

What This Might Look Like
Life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure of who you are in this new season of life. You may find yourself questioning your direction, grieving what you've left behind, struggling to make decisions, or feeling caught between excitement and fear. While change is a natural part of life, you don't have to navigate it alone.
For Example...
Our work together focuses on creating space to explore what this transition means for you while building the confidence to move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values. Depending on your needs, we may draw from approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand the different parts of yourself that may be responding to change, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you reconnect with what matters most, or somatic approaches to support your nervous system as you navigate uncertainty. Rather than rushing toward answers, we'll work together to help you find steady footing through change.
