My Therapeutic Approach
This isn’t just sit-on-the-couch-and-talk therapy (though there’s room for that, too). My approach is collaborative, compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity. I incorporate elements from different therapeutic approaches and I work relationally, meaning we focus not just on your thoughts, but also on your body, your emotions, and the deeper parts of you that carry your story.

In our work together, you can expect a space that’s steady, warm, and non-judgmental. I show up with presence, flexibility, and a deep respect for the pace your system needs. Sometimes that looks like slowing down and noticing what’s happening in the moment. Other times, it’s untangling beliefs you’ve carried for years, or listening to the parts of you that feel stuck, protective, or longing for change.

Whether you're navigating burnout, trauma, or a big life shift, I'm here to support you in building inner trust, reconnecting with your body, and coming home to yourself. Gently, but meaningfully.

How I Spend My Free Time
Outside of the therapy space, I love to adventure! I’m an avid rock climber, hiker, and camper. Often joined by my golden retriever and partner. When I’m not outdoors, I’m usually in a yoga class, reading, learning film photography, or baking.
These passions help keep me grounded, creative, and connected. They often inspire how I show up in the therapy room, too.
